Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quintari LLC (“ORBINE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company organized in the State of Wyoming, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites at getorbine.com and orbine.app, our mobile applications, and the services available through them (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who we are
ORBINE is a relationship workspace operated by Quintari LLC. It helps you share your profile, capture new connections, and stay on top of follow-ups. References to “ORBINE” in this Policy refer to Quintari LLC.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from that provider in accordance with your settings with that provider.
Profile and card information. You may add information to your ORBINE profile and digital cards — such as your name, title, company, headline, bio, photo, logo, contact details, and social links. This information is intended to be shared: when you share your card or QR code, anyone who views it can see the information you chose to include.
Relationship information you store. ORBINE lets you store information about your contacts and relationships — such as names, contact details, where you met, notes, tasks, follow-ups, deals, and documents. You control this information. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service and do not use it for our own marketing.
Information submitted through cards. When someone scans your card or QR code, they may choose to submit their own contact information (such as their name, email, or phone number) so it is saved to your workspace. If you submit your information through someone else's ORBINE card, your submission is delivered to that person's workspace, and they are responsible for how they use it.
Payment information. Paid plans are billed through Stripe (web) or Apple (in-app purchases). Payments are processed by those providers; we do not store full payment card numbers. We receive limited billing information such as plan type, transaction status, and billing contact details.
Usage and device information. We collect standard technical information when you use the Service — such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and actions taken — to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Communications. If you contact support, join a waitlist, or apply to a partner program, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, and message.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Create and manage your account, cards, and workspace;
- Deliver contact submissions between users as part of the card capture flow;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Send transactional messages such as account confirmations, password resets, billing notices, and service updates;
- Respond to support requests and inquiries;
- Monitor, secure, and debug the Service and prevent abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations.
ORBINE Assistant and AI features
Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence to help you draft follow-ups and surface relationship insights. Content you submit to these features is processed by us and our service providers solely to provide the feature to you. We do not sell this content and do not permit our AI service providers to use it to train their general-purpose models.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it or sending it to others.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Service — such as cloud hosting and database providers, content delivery and security providers, email delivery providers, payment processors (Stripe, Apple), and AI infrastructure providers — under agreements that restrict their use of the information;
- Between users, as you direct — for example, when you share your card publicly or when a contact submission is delivered to a user's workspace;
- Within a workspace — information stored in a shared workspace is visible to other members of that workspace according to its settings;
- For legal reasons — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ORBINE, our users, or others;
- In a business transfer — if Quintari LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Your responsibilities for contact information
When you store information about other people in ORBINE, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to do so and for complying with laws that apply to you, including privacy and anti-spam laws. If someone asks you to delete their information from your workspace, you are responsible for honoring applicable requests.
If your information was submitted to another user's workspace and you would like help reaching them, contact us at support@quintari.io.
Data retention and account deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You can delete your account at any time from within the Service. When you delete your account:
- Your account credentials and personal profile data are deleted;
- Your personal cards and private capture history are deleted;
- Contacts and records owned by a shared workspace may be retained by that workspace, because they belong to the workspace rather than to an individual account;
- If you own a workspace, you must transfer or delete the workspace before deleting your account.
Some residual information may remain in backups for a limited period before being purged, and we may retain limited records where required by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on stored data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the Service (editing your profile, exporting data, deleting your account), or by emailing support@quintari.io. We will respond consistent with applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, and the GDPR where it applies.
We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising and do not sell or “share” it as those terms are defined under California law.
You may opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Transactional messages (such as password resets and billing notices) are sent as part of operating the Service.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@quintari.io and we will delete it.
International users
We are based in the United States and process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
